Jay O’Neill

Jay has been in lending now for over 30 years! Originally from New Orleans, LA, he made his home in Southern California after receiving an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy. He then entered a two year management training program with ITT Financial in May of 1971. During his tenure there Jay went on to become a manager and stayed with ITT for five years. In the ensuing post ITT years, he gained experience in virtually every facet of residential lending. Jay began as an outside retail loan representative when he first left ITT. Jay’s final employed position was as Los Angeles Regional Manager for a mortgage banking division of a federally chartered savings and loan. Upon leaving that position on October, 1, 1985 Jay opened his own mortgage brokerage business in Cypress, CA.

Since then, the company moved to Temecula, CA where it has enjoyed steady growth. JMO, Inc. has now achieved the status of a full service mortgage banker. Today, JMO, Inc. directly funds approximately 75% of all loans handled by the company. Jay is in the office every day and remains accessible to all the JMO, Inc. clients. Jack A. Schiffner

Jack has been a Real Estate Broker since 1977 and has extensive experience in the Real Estate industry. Jack’s association with JMO Inc. began in 1991 and has been very proud of the honesty and integrity of the way JMO Inc. does business. Jack includes himself to a long list of satisfied JMO Inc. customers. Jack promises to do everything in his power to make each clients loan experience a special one.

Anna has worked for JMO, Inc. since 2002. Her prior experience includes a successful 25 year background in various sales and management positions within the radio industry. Over that time Anna worked in major markets including New York, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City and San Diego. Anna describes herself as a results oriented person with a great sense of humor.

Linda Krueger

Linda started in the loan business when her position was called Loan Secretaries (not Loan Processors) where that person did everything with a Savings and Loan in the Midwest. Linda has numerous years of experience in California working in positions in the Secondary Marketing Department, Auditing, Quality Control, Underwriting and the last eight years at JMO, Inc. as an Executive Loan Officer. Linda also invests in Real Estate and attends Investment meetings and seminars that are helpful in her current position. Linda has three children, one more teenager to go and she is a total joy. Linda also has one granddaughter that the family refers to as the “wild child.”

Anne began her career in mortgage lending in 1985 in Anaheim, CA as a Marketing Secretary. She obtained her Real Estate License in 1986 and was promoted to Wholesale Loan Representative with a vast array of duties including developing territories. In 1988 Anne was promoted to Investment Counselor, selling second trust deed investments to private investors. In 1990 she came to work for JMO, Inc. as a Senior Loan Officer. Anne has two grown children whom she is very proud of; one is in Wyoming attending college and the other is attending college in California. She says, “Throughout the years in the mortgage industry the common thread is my love of people, and helping them accomplish their financial goals.”

Ed Stradling

Ed Stradling is a JMO Inc. Loan Specialist who is also known as Joseph E Stradling when he is working on “official” things. Ed is married with 2 sons and 3 daughters and 7 grand kids from ages 2 through 15. He lives in Palm Desert and works for Christine, one of the fantastic managers of this century. Ed retired from American Airlines after 40 years and looks forward to being with JMO for the next 40 years. Then Ed says he will think about retiring.

David’s early training was in sales, since then he has accumulated twenty-five years of experience in the mortgage banking profession. During this time David has gained experience in virtually every facet of Real Estate Lending, including ownership of his own mortgage lending firm. David has been with JMO, Inc. for the past two and a half years and has enjoyed his association with Jay O’Neill. It is David’s goal to apply his experience with professionalism to benefit each JMO, Inc. client in the highest Manner possible.

Christine Curtis

Christine Curtis is a 34 year old mother with what she describes as a wonderful husband and a precious five year old little girl she calls, “my princess”. Christine was born and raised in California, and is currently living in La Quinta. Christine’s experience in the mortgage lending business goes back more than 12 years and she has worked for JMO, Inc. for the last four years. Christine is currently working out of JMO’s Palm Desert office and loves working for Jmo, Inc. and owner Jay O’Neill.

Jon is licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate holding a Salesperson’s license as required of a Loan Officer. He has been in the lending industry for 2 ½ years and during that time he has acquired extensive knowledge of loan programs and products. Consistent with JMO, Inc.’s philosophy of delivering customer satisfaction as it’s highest order of business, likewise Jon’s primary focus is always on assisting his client’s in achieving their goals for their real estate financing. Prior to entering the world of real estate finance, Jon enjoyed a successful career as a Department Manager for an IT firm and an Information Security Engineer subcontracting to the Navy and Marines. He has 3 children 2, 12 and 16 and a wonderful wife, he coaches football and baseball and loves to ride quads and jet skis.

Anthony McLean

Anthony, a California native, first worked in customer service at Seaside Buick, his father’s San Diego car dealership. Anthony’s father taught him early on that integrity is more important than any one sale, especially since an automobile is the second most expensive purchase in a person’s life (second to a home). With proven sales, and high praise from his customers, Anthony worked his way to a general manager position over three San Diego Saturn dealerships.

He and his wife, Andrea, moved to Temecula California, and with the move, came a career change as a mortgage broker. After a short stint with a small mortgage brokerage whose business practices were inconsistent with Anthony’s high values, He sought a company that could demonstrate a dedication to strong values and ethics. A prior customer, friend, and colleague referred Anthony to Jay O’Neill. With a shared commitment to customer satisfaction and service, the fit was seamless. Licensed by the state of California, Anthony takes pride in the service he gives to all his clients.
