I left a corporate position with the vision to open my own mortgage loan company. My vision was based on a philosophical difference from one I had experienced while working for large corporate operations where each customer is a number and a net profit. I knew that my idea of a more human and less bottom line driven approach would lead to our success because people want service to meet their personal needs and be treated with respect, honesty and care.
